To submit a maintenance request, simply fill out the form below or email us at STEVE@emeraldkeymissouri.com and our team will address the issue as quickly as possible.

If the matter is an emergency requiring immediate attention, please call 925-683-4481 right away.

If this is a life threatening emergency call 911 immediately.

Important Notice

Repairs or damages that result from tenant negligence or misuse are the tenant’s responsibility. In these cases, repairs will still be completed, but the cost of labor and materials will be billed to you. This includes damages or plumbing stoppages caused by improper use.

Release of Key

If you do not authorize the release of a key to a vendor, you must be available to provide access to the property at the time of service.
