Founded in 2018 by Steve and Lisa Dzafic, Emerald Key Property Management was built on a mission to deliver unparalleled service to property owners, investors, and tenants throughout the St. Louis area. As licensed realtors and long-time industry professionals, Steve and Lisa recognized a need for more personalized, proactive property management—and set out to provide exactly that.
Today, Emerald Key Property Management specializes in managing single-family homes, townhomes, and multi-family properties. Meet the Team
Lisa has been managing residential rental properties for more than 15 years from California to St. Louis. She began with her own properties, eventually growing the business to include managing out of town investors. Lisa manages the contracts, leases, tenant screening and all administrative duties for the business. When Lisa is not placing new high quality tenants into your rentals, she spends her time scrapbooking, traveling and hanging out with her family. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies degree from Arizona State University. Lisa is a licensed Broker and Realtor in the State of Missouri.
Steve brings a lifetime of contractor and handyman services to the business. He manages all service and repair calls and is focused on ensuring each property is safe for our tenants. Steve also manages all inspections to ensure our units are always up to code. Steve provides project management services for our out of state investors requiring rehab projects and fix and flips. In his free time, Steve enjoys fishing, traveling and the occasional game of poker. Steve holds an Electronics Engineering degree from ITT Technical Institute. Steve is a licensed Realtor in the States of Missouri and Arizona.
